Lenah Tavenner has been practicing massage therapy since 2006. She enjoys helping others feel their best. Through Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and further studies in Myofascial Release, CranioSacral therapy and many modalities of Energetic Balancing, Lenah has progressed along the healing path. Her knowledge of human anatomy and physiology helps her to customize each session for the individual. She also has experience with alleviating chronic pain derived from repetitive motions and/or injury.
“It is important to take the time to resettle your nervous system from the constant “fight or flight” response generated in living in this fast paced society, Lenah says. Massage is proven to lower blood pressure and it creates a ripple in your nervous system that brings a wave of tranquility and wellbeing that outlasts the session. And just imagine what can happen when we put together a comprehensive treatment plan!”
