Mandy has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 14 years. She was trained at the Holistic Life Center in southern Missouri.
Mandy integrates multiple techniques to create a personalized massage experience for each client, which can include Swedish, Sports and Deep Tissue. She is also trained in Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Prenatal, and Hot Stone massage.
Mandy is also a proud teacher of the MELT Method, a simple self-treatment that reduces chronic pain and helps individuals stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime. Her priority in her work is to help her clients reach their health goals.
