All classes are on a first come, first serve basis – no reservation is needed. All mats, straps, and other supplies are provided, or you can bring your own. Prior to your first class, please arrive about 10 minutes early to complete a short New Student form.
Kripalu Yoga with Katie Bohn
Saturdays 10:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
Kripalu Yoga has been known as the “Yoga for Everybody”. This relaxation, stretching and strengthening class links the breath with the movement and focuses on relaxing the mind. The flow of sequences will start slowly to gently challenge students. Each class will be tailored to meet the student’s needs. This is a multi-level class that every “body” enjoys!
Chakra Yoga with Dianna Lucas
Mondays 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

A 60 minute practice to nourish your nature and focus your attention on areas that need a little more attention. We will move & meditate based on the group intention, enhancing our practice with essential oils & visualization techniques. Connecting the chakra system to your asana practice, using mantra and meditation with visualization is one of Dianna’s favorite things to share. She has been teaching chakra meditation for over 30 years and is available for private consultations.
