Booking an Appointment
Click here to use our online appointment scheduler, or download the MindBody app using the icon below. If this is your first time using our online appointment scheduler and you have never received services from Indigo, you will need to create an account prior to scheduling your appointment. If you have previously received services from Indigo, please create an account using the email that you provided at your first appointment and your name should be recognized by the system. Please note that a credit card, debit card, or gift card number is required to book an appointment and the only way to assure your reservation is complete. You are not required to prepay for the service. We require a card to reserve the appointment and to support our cancellation policy see below.
Booking a Prenatal Massage
If you are booking a prenatal massage through the online appointment scheduler, please be sure to indicate in the notes section how far along in your pregnancy you are so that we can have the room prepared to meet your needs.
Booking a Couples Massage
If you are booking a couples massage through the online appointment scheduler, please schedule two individual massages for the exact same time. Please be sure to indicate “Couples Massage” in the notes section of each appointment so we know you would like to be in the same room. If you are not seeing times for two appts at the same time, please call us as sometimes we can create possibilities that are not available online.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require at least 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We need 24-hours notice as we are appointment only and it allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to others. If you are unable to provide 24-hours notice or do not show for your scheduled appointment, a $45 cancellation fee will be charged per person/per appointment to the credit card or gift card given at reservation to pay for part of the value of the appointment and for our therapist’s professional time.
