Full Bloom Prenatal Yoga: a six-week series of weekly prenatal yoga classes,
designed specifically for expectant individuals in their second trimester through
full term gestation.
Full Bloom Prenatal Yoga invites participants on a journey of self-discovery,
empowerment, and connection. Classes offer support for participants to embrace
both the beauty and challenges of pregnancy. Creating a nurturing environment
allows expectant individuals a space to connect to themselves & to discover their
own magic, allowing them to approach childbirth & parenthood with a sense of
calm, strength, and confidence.

Keywords Gentle + Supportive + Conversational + Connection + Meets You Where You Are

Intention Inclusive support for the expectant birthing person to connect with their
breath, body & baby. Each class will be created with the various stages of
pregnancy in mind, ensuring all participants feel both nurtured & empowered.
Building community through a safe and encouraging space for expectant
individuals to connect with one another in a shared experience. A sense of
community fosters mutual support and understanding, enriching the prenatal
journey for all involved.

Mandie’s Bio:

Hi there! My name is Mandie Schoemehl. I’m a Registered Nurse specializing in antenatal and postpartum care. I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion with over 18 years of experience in nurturing and supporting expectant families.
My love of yoga spans more than two decades. As a mother to three, I have adapted my practice through various life stages, including prenatal and postpartum periods, while also navigating unexpected medical challenges. I feel this is the beauty of yoga- your practice meets you exactly where you are in your journey. Dreaming to merge my passion for yoga & pregnancy, the 85-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training with Urban Breath Yoga was a natural fit. I aim to embody authenticity and compassion in all my endeavors & have a love for sharing my experience and knowledge of pregnancy, both personal and professional. When I’m not on my mat, I can be found playing in my garden, listening (dancing) to records, knitting, & driving my three tween/teen boys all over the St. Louis metro area. I am committed to making yoga accessible and inclusive. I hope to be a reminder that yoga is for ALL BODIES and offers a unique opportunity to reconnect with yourself.
