Vanessa graduated from Elements of Wellness School of Massage Therapy in 2017. In her sessions, she likes to incorporate Swedish, myofascial release, and stretching techniques to facilitate the mind-body connection.
Vanessa’s goal in a session is to blend science and art, education and ideas to help you feel better in the body you have.
When she’s not at Indigo, Vanessa is busy teaching massage classes, running a business, and enjoying hobbies like gardening, knitting, and horseback riding.
