Two New Yoga Classes at Indigo’s Studio Blue with Deborah Gambill
Glow, & Go Class! Starts January 9 at Indigo.
Class Description: The purpose of the class is to balance energy, stretch bodies, move
with intention, and greet the new day with positivity! A combination of warming up with
forward bending, side stretching, backbending, spinal extension, and twists will allow for
a safe & comfortable practice. Breathwork throughout the practice will balance your
energy. And the combination of active and passive work with self-focus, based in ancient
yoga tradition, will bring clarity and peaceful perspective to your day.
Class Logistics: Tuesday morning: Meet your teacher downstairs at 8:15-8:20am. Class
starts promptly at 8:30 until 9:30am at Indigo. This is an all-levels class. The class is on
the third floor, so climbing steps is necessary for physically attending the class.
Sound Bath Restorative Yoga Class! Starts January 11 at Indigo.
Class Description: The purpose of this class is to provide a bubble of peace and healing
for your body, mind, and spirit. Strategically situated near the end of your work week and
out of the way of your weekend plans, this class is the perfect environment for your
peace of mind and rest for your mind/body. And, Spirit likes it, too:) The poses are about
comfort, not work. The breath settles in naturally. The sound waves emitted softly from
crystal bowls create balance for the chakras (energetic centers) and remove restrictions
and discomfort on all levels. Restorative yoga is just that-restoring for the demands of
living in today’s world.
Class Logistics: Thursday Evening: Meet your teacher downstairs at 5:45-5:50pm. Class
starts promptly at 6:00 until 7:15pm at Indigo. This is an all-levels class. The class is on
