About Mandie Schoemehl:
Hi there! My name is Mandie Schoemehl. I’m a Registered Nurse specializing in antenatal and postpartum care. I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion with over 18 years of experience in nurturing and supporting expectant families.
My love of yoga spans more than two decades. As a mother to three, I have
adapted my practice through various life stages, including prenatal and
postpartum periods, while also navigating unexpected medical challenges. I feel this is the beauty of yoga- your practice meets you exactly where you are in your journey. Dreaming to merge my passion for yoga & pregnancy, the 85-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training with Urban Breath Yoga was a natural fit. I aim to embody authenticity and compassion in all my endeavors & have a love for sharing my experience and knowledge of pregnancy, both personal and professional. When I’m not on my mat, I can be found playing in my garden, listening (dancing) to records, knitting, & driving my three tween/teen boys all over the St. Louis metro area. I am committed to making yoga accessible and inclusive. I hope to be a reminder that yoga is for ALL BODIES and offers a unique opportunity to reconnect with yourself.
