Join Dr. Kathleen Dunlap, PT, DPT for
Sweat the Season — fun, feel-good fitness classes that help you move with purpose, boost your mood,
and keep your momentum through the busiest time of year.
Classes will include bodyweight strengthening, flexibility, balance, and breathing.
When: Wednesdays @ 6 PM
Dates: Dec 3 • Dec 10• Dec 17-sign up for each class you wish to attend $10 per class

Who it’s for: Beginner to intermediate fitness levels — all are welcome! Bring yoga mat and water.
Hibernation Station: Seasonal Self-Care Workshop

Students will be guided in exploring the benefits of combining
yoga with self-massage.
This class supports all levels of experience, including those new to yoga.
This workshop will help you develop self-nurturing/sustaining skills to build resilience for the winter months.
Students will also make aromatherapy salt baths to take home.
Gender & size inclusive, trauma informed, small class size.

Join us for a hands-on workshop that teaches simple, effective ways to reset your posture, release tension, and support your body—right from your desk. Led by Kay Dunlap, PT, DPT, owner of Inspire Physical Therapy and Wellness, you’ll learn how to: Stretch and strengthen the muscles most affected by sitting Improve posture and body awareness Relieve common desk-related pain (neck, shoulders, hips, back) Use breath and movement to reduce stress Make small changes that support long-term wellness All bodies welcome. No equipment needed. This class is perfect for anyone who works at a desk or spends lots of time sitting.
