Kripalu Yoga has been known as the “Yoga for Everybody”. Join instructor Katie Bohn as she combines relaxation, stretching, and strengthening with breath and movement to focus on relaxing the mind. The flow of sequences will start slowly to gently challenge students. Each class will be tailored to meet the student’s needs. This is a multi-level class that every “body” enjoys!
