Prenatal Yoga @ Indigo w/ In Bloom STL

Full Bloom Prenatal Yoga invites participants on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and connection. Classes offer support for participants to embrace both the beauty and challenges of pregnancy. Creating a nurturing environment allows expectant individuals a space to connect to themselves & to discover their own magic, allowing them to approach childbirth & parenthood with a sense of calm, strength, and confidence.
